Runescape President Jeff Brogan Issues PSA, Reminds Retards that “Money Doublers Are Scammers”

Falador June 22nd: Local scrubs have been reduced to digital homelessness after their small stacks of gold coins were taken in a wave of money doublers, cropping up exclusively the Grand Exchange and Falador areas. The group of players armed with basic bronze and iron swords initially started protesting in Varrock Square but then marched west to Falador Castle to the summer home of newly elected President Jeff Brogan in order to demand that the leader of Runescape roll back the game and restore all coins and items lost in the scams, (It is estimated that the number of players effected by this tried and true scam could number in the thousands).

However upon reaching the summer home, the President rebuked the demands of the protesters stating on his podcast (coincidentally with former top player Elongated Muskrat4512) that “if you’re seriously this retarded to think some idiot is just going to give you money for no reason, then you deserve to lose it and the tax payers of Geilinor aren’t going to give you your shit back.” In a later interview with BalloutGamersNews President Brogan reiterated that he will not refund the players money and offered a response to the entire community stating “If some is offering you a GF or free money, they are trying to scam you and you shouldn’t listen. It’s not that hard you morons, you should have learned this in the first grade!”. Upon hearing the terse and curt responses from the president, the group of players have now begun spamming random gibberish in chat, causing much frustration to other players. Similar tactics have been used by other angry players in the past with usually no results.
In his short presidency Brogan has enjoyed high popularity and has not had much opposition It can be assumed that more powerful players will laugh at the players, causing much embarrassment, forcing the mass of players to disperse and farm chimchompas, or scavenge PK areas. Either way if you happen to be in the Falador Castle area be aware of large group of scraggly looking players using bot software to ruin the public chat.
