I Was Locked Up In The Prison Of A Pirate Ship And Thrown Up On, And I Loved It

You read the headline correctly. I had a blast this weekend playing the Sea of Thieves stress test and being put in the brig and vomited on by my fellow pirates. Sometimes they would even scoop up buckets of their own puke and throw it on me some more, which I was REALLY into.

During my time as their captive I was also:

• Serenaded by accordions and other maritime instruments
• Left to drown during a naval battle in which our ship was sinking
• Waterboarded
• Forced to watch pirates eat bananas in front of me
• Left alone in the dark, hearing creepy creaks and groans of the ship at night
• Had a flintlock pistol pointed at my head
• Forced to look at maps of islands I wouldn’t be allowed to visit
• Checked up on occasionally by an unusually empathetic pirate

If being locked up and abused by your teammates is this much fun, just imagine how much fun the rest of the game is!
