Guy Fieri ANNOUNCED For Smash Bros Ultimate But We’re Not So Sure About His Character Design.

A momentous event happened in Japan this past weekend. As you know last month while drunk on Saki, Masahiro Sakurai proclaimed that the next character announced for Smash Bros Ultimate would be “Out of Bounds”. Despite the obvious nod to our lord Guy Fieri, internet autists assumed that Waluigi would finally have his time in the spotlight. However this past weekend the hopes and dreams of millions of manchildren were dashed and the dreams of thousands of ironic shitposters were realized when Guy Fieri was announced to join the already stacked roster.

However we can’t help but cringe at his design. Basically if you haven’t seen it, it is a re-skin of BomberMan with Guy’s face plastered onto it. We have received confirmation that his classic flame shirt will be an alternate skin in the launch version, but the shocking lack of catchphrases and food items is cause for concern.

However we are able to over look this as long as he can slather up some good eats while kicking D.K’s ass out of the ring.

Also in other news it appears as if Gordon Ramsey may be an additional assist trophy. When asked if Gordon Ramsey may see an appearance in an upcoming smash game, Sakarai was quoted as saying ” I mean it would be cool, but Gordon is a hard guy to work with. He’s always cussing and yelling in that ludicrous British accent. Personally I prefer the smooth and meme like voice of Guy Fieri. I mean seriously how many of you nerds have even watch Triple D? It’s a fantastic show and I am glad Nintendo has given me the opportunity to make gamer’s dreams come true.”

Smash Bros Ultimate is shaping up to be a great game, hopefully some DLC brings Guy back to his full body, big boy self.
